What the path looks like

Five steps, in this order.

The same path for every member, drawn once so you know what is still ahead before you start. Nothing is due until you choose to transfer funds.

  1. 01
    Step 1
    Verify your identity

A passport or ID card and a selfie, through our verification partner Didit.

  2. 02
    Step 2
    Answer six questions

Swiss law asks us to establish that this investment suits your experience.

  3. 03
    Step 3
    Choose an amount and sign

Read the offering documents, pick a number of P1 certificates, and sign the subscription.

  4. 04
    Step 4
    Transfer the funds

Send the amount to the issuer's account with the reference we give you.

  5. 05
    Step 5
    Certificates issued

Your name enters the certificate register. The certificates are locked until 31 December 2029.

Before you begin

Four things to have read.

This page describes a proposed subscription and is not investment advice. Creating an account commits you to nothing. The full offering documents are provided before any subscription is signed.

  1. 01
    Your capital is at risk.

A horse can be injured, underperform, or lose its value entirely. You may lose part or all of what you subscribe.

  2. 02
    You cannot sell early.

P1 certificates are locked until 31 December 2029 and there is no secondary market before that date.

  3. 03
We will ask about your experience.

Swiss law requires it, and your answers set the largest subscription we can accept from you.

  4. 04
    You can change your mind.

A signed subscription may be withdrawn in writing within four business days, with no penalty.
